McGAUGHEY, Ethel VanCleave - Putnam

Mrs. Ethel McGaughey, 70, widow of Arthur M. McGaughey of Crawfordsville was born in Parke County on May 8, 1886 to Dr. Elijah and Laura Riggs VanCleave. She married September 24, 1913 to Arthur M. McGaughey. Survivors are 3 sons, Robert M, Richard V, and Warren A. McGaughey all of Crawfordsville and and an uncle, Bert Riggs of Metcalf, Ill, also five grandchildren. She was a sister-in-law of Raymond McGaughey of Russellville. Burial was in the Masonic Cemetery in Crawfordsville.
